My name is Sarah Gillespie (Dip Couns) and I live in Rutland. I have a Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling . My experience is varied, having worked with young adults, in-mates, senior citizens and a wide range of adults from different backgrounds and cultures.
I offer online counselling or in-person sessions within a discreet cabin based in Stamford, Lincolnshire. Walking therapy is also considered if you live locally to Rutland/Stamford after the first session.
Session times and Fee's
Each session is 60 minutes
£45 for individuals
£60 for couples therapy (90 minutes)
£50 for walking therapy
£5 reduction is applied to online sessions
Each session must be paid for prior to the start time
You can have as little or as many counselling sessions as you feel you need.
I am a person centred counsellor, which means I am here to listen and to offer a non-judgemental and safe space for you to express yourself. You can speak to me about your issues in complete confidence.
I may integrate other counselling theories, depending on what you bring to the session and what you want to achieve from the sessions. CBT can be particularly useful if you would like a more pro-active approach, such as goal setting or dealing with phobias.
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychology (BACP) which is my guideline for working legally and ethically. The full framework can be found on the BACP website https://bit.ly/2KNRfVE
Counselling Changes Lives!
I will offer you confidentiality, honesty, empathy and acceptance, whatever your circumstances are!
I won't fix your problems or give you advice, because you already have the answers and together we will try to find a solution!
The aim is for you to work through your issues, feel more settled, heal from your pain and make positive steps towards living a fulfilling life.
You can talk to me in relation to depression, bereavement, stress, abuse, anger, anxiety, relationship issues and more...
